Hyatt Food and Wine Week
Welcome Hyatt Food and Wine Week is a celebration of food and wine, presented by Hyatt Hotel Canberra – A Park Hyatt Hotel that will marry food with wines, reflecting both the city’s advanced modernisation and its rich restaurant culture.

This epicurean week is crafted for discerning individuals who seek gourmet enjoyment in perfect surroundings, and will feature only the finest foods, the best vintages and the most unique experience to be found in the national capital.

We are delighted to announce that outstanding Brescian-born chef Alessandro Pavoni, executive chef at harbourkitchen&bar in Park Hyatt Sydney, will join the team of chefs at Hyatt Hotel Canberra –
A Park Hyatt Hotel, led by Director of Food and Beverage,
Henrik Iversen.

Chef Alessandro will be at the hotel on Friday, 29 August as a special guest chef for the hotel’s masterclass and on Saturday, 30 August for a four-course showcase dinner.

The series of events outlined in the Hyatt Food and Wine Week programme will be entertaining, unique and affordable, and will run from Monday, 24 to Sunday, 30 August. The Promenade Café and the Tea Lounge will be serving local wines and gourmet dishes to celebrate this fantastic week of food and wine, and also offer guests the opportunity to taste and purchase local wines.
