Hyatt Food & Wine Week is a collaboration between some of Australia’s leading hotels in a joint initiative to promote the wine industry in Australia, and excellence in regional produce.

Hyatt Regency Adelaide, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Park Hyatt Melbourne and Hyatt Hotel Canberra will be conducting a series of spectacular culinary events from 22 – 30 August, 2009.

This years’ series of events, wine fairs, Master Classes, luncheons and landmark tutorials will bring together distinguished chefs and wine-makers from around Australia and create a festival atmosphere for all to enjoy.
